Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information R&R Digital Studio (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit rrdigitalstudio.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Scope. This policy covers this website only. It does not cover websites we design, build, or host for our clients. Each client site is operated by that client, who is responsible for its own privacy practices and policy. If you contacted a business through a site we built, that business — not R&R Digital Studio — controls your information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, message, and phone number if you choose to provide it (the phone field is optional). We collect this only because you chose to send it. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field that visitors never see and never fill in.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. These logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability purposes and are not used by us to identify or profile visitors.

Information we do not collect. We do not collect payment card details through this site. We have no user accounts or logins. We do not collect biometric, precise geolocation, health, or financial information. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own, and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We use no advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or cross-site trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Because we set no tracking cookies, there is no cookie consent banner on this site.

One exception. Our Contact page displays an embedded Google map showing our service area. That map is loaded from Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies in your browser under Google's Privacy Policy. This happens only on the Contact page, and only because the map is displayed there. No other page on this site loads content from any third party.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation
• prepare a proposal or estimate at your request
• maintain records of our correspondence

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate this site. They process information only to provide services to us:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising purposes. We disclose it only to the providers above, to our professional advisors where necessary, or where required by law.

Information we process for clients

When we build or maintain a website for a client, we may have access to information submitted through that client's site. In those cases we act on the client's instructions as a service provider, we use that information only to perform the work, and our handling is governed by our written agreement with that client. We do not use client site data for our own purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for three years from our last contact with you, after which we delete them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its standard retention schedule. We may keep records longer where we need them for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

Security

We serve this site over HTTPS, limit access to submitted information to the two people who operate the studio, and rely on reputable providers for hosting and email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete the information you submitted
• Receive a copy of the information you provided, in a portable format

Email contact@rrdigitalstudio.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. We honor these requests from all visitors regardless of residency, so you do not need to tell us what state you are in.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT, so this site does not respond to DNT signals — but this makes no practical difference here, because we do not track visitors across other websites in the first place. We likewise do not sell or share personal information, so a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal has nothing to opt out of on this site.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email contact@rrdigitalstudio.com and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our work portfolio and other pages link to websites we do not control, including our clients' sites. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
